This paper introduces regional examples of transboundary peace cooperation and summarizes the implications. ‘Bari’s Dream’, a company in Donghae-si, supported the soybean farming business for the resettlement of Goryeoin in Primorsky Krai, Russia. With that as an opportunity, cooperation between Gangwon-do and the Russian Primorsky Territory expanded. The significance of cooperation cases is summarized as follows. First, the scope and methods of cooperation are being diversified with little cooperation from the private sector and local governments or institutions without diplomatic cooperation from the central government so far. Second, there is a high possibility of a spillover effect in the scope of cooperation. Third, it will be able to provide a clue to suppress or delay the advent of the new Cold War in Northeast Asia.
